Once your items leaves our store, it’s the responsibility of the carrier. If you’re not home when our courier attempts delivery they will give you information with details on how to obtain your items. After a specific period as indicated by our courier, items will automatically be returned to us.

Returns are accepted only if the items delivered are defective or you receive an incorrect item. We do not offer refunds. However, we provide you with store credit in the amount of your returned good. You are important to us therefore, if you are not happy with the quality of the products or the service you receive from us, or you require a return for store credit, kindly contact our customer care team on email@example.com to enable us resolve any issues effectively. Exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 7 days (within Nigeria) or 14 (outside Nigeria) from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, washed and must be stain and odour free. Every clothing item shipped has a tag attached. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
If the item is returned to us , we will need to charge you again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you in the first instance to discuss this with you. To avoid delays in delivering your items, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (e.g: your work address).

If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Cash on Delivery orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.
